The Senior Building Services Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) systems across large or multiple projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and strategic oversight, ensuring that MEP systems are fully integrated, tested and commissioned in line with design, statutory and sustainability requirements. The postholder will lead, support and develop teams in applying Sisk’s management systems and procedures, driving consistency, innovation and continuous improvement. This includes ensuring seamless project handover and long-term building performance to meet client expectations.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (or related technical discipline).
Membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CIBSE, CIOB, Engineers Ireland or equivalent).
Health & Safety management training (e.g., IOSH or equivalent).
Training or experience in project planning and project management.
Specialist training in live energies / arc flash (or equivalent).
