This role relies on operational engagement to improve compliance whilst at the same time 
supporting specific project and BU requirements. The most critical aspect of this role is consistency 
of approach, maintenance of high standards and delivery of outcome

Key technical skills- 

• Robust knowledge of all aspects of the Quality Management System, including “Our Quality DNA” and “Quality Risks (Q10’s)”  
• Robust knowledge of all aspects of Quality Standards and Specifications 
• Robust knowledge of workmanship standards, buildability and construction detailing 
• Robust knowledge of developing and  delivering change programmes, including at 
• a behavioral level
