We are seeking a detail-driven, systems-savvy Systems Administrator to support our leadership to keep operations running smoothly. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain key business systems across multiple units, including CRM Dynamics, Saviom and Cascade.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and timeliness through regular liaison with senior leadership, projects, and functional teams.
  • Provide actionable insights via reports and dashboards, including PowerBI, to inform decision-making.
  • Train and support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and serve as the go-to expert for system queries.
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders to guide data input and output best practices.
  • Collect and manage data through tools like MS Forms and ensure system records are up to date.
  • Maintain & update records, databases for systems for business optimisation.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, & follow-up actions. Attend meetings as required, taking notes, & ensuring action items are documented.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation for business optimisation.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ office administration experience, ideally within construction or a related sector.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting business-critical digital systems.
  • Skilled in data entry, literacy, cleansing & updating.

Qualifications

  • Organised & Proactive: Excel in multitasking, prioritising effectively, & maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools like Teams, SharePoint, Excel & be willing and capable to learn other systems used in the organisation.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges independently & seek solutions to issues as they arise. Demonstrate resourcefulness & initiative.
  • Qualities: Working on their own initiative. Assess & prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Anticipate needs & proactively address issues before they arise
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion & maintain confidentiality.
  • Communication: Excellent organisational, written & verbal communication skills.
