Opportunity for a German Speaking  Administrator /Office Manager to join our Life Scinece Team in Germany.

 

The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role involves managing schedules, handling communications, maintaining records, and supporting Office Manager with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Administration Duties
  • Assist Office Manager with facilities management of Curo Park office
  • Director Expenses/ Credit card uploads to Concur
  • Book Travel, accommodation
  • Approving supplier invoices / reconciling invoices
  • Manage E Mail distribution groups for Sisk Construction UK (new joiners / leavers & job specific groups)
  • Schedule Meetings and maintaining director calendars
  • Assisting with functions – St Patricks day, Royal Academy of Arts, Summer BBQ – tracking attendees and helping at the event on the day.
  • Part of the Social/Charity Committee at Curo Park
  • Managing London office: booking meeting rooms, lunch etc
  • Reception cover when required
  • Keep office maintenance log up to date
  • Ordering office supplies, stationery etc
  • Photocopiers – recycling toners, meter readings etc
  • Archiving – manage documents coming in/out for Sisk Construction UK
  • First Aider / Fire Marshall
  • DSE Assessments
  • Monthly Legionella testing
  • Tracking Staff location
  • Organising Christmas Toy distribution
  • Assist the Office Manager with maintaining a clean and organised office when required
  • Cover any duties required when Office Manager is on holiday
