We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team. This role will support a range of accounting and administrative activities to ensure the smooth running of financial operations.

• Engage across departments to resolve invoice queries
• Reconcile supplier statements and address any discrepancies
• Prepare and process supplier payments
• Record banking transactions accurately in the accounting system
• Work closely with other departments to support financial processes
• Assist with finance projects and administrative duties as required
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approval

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent numerical and analytical ability
• Proficient in accounting software such as Sage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• Proactive and team-focused approach
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 1–3 years’ experience in an accounting or finance role
• Knowledge of Irish tax regulations (VAT and RCT) is an advantage

• Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Mon to Thurs, 4.00pm early finish Fridays
