As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you will be working and assisting the commercial construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk.

What We’re Looking For:

We are currently recruiting for Trainee Quantity Surveyors who will work with Sisk and attend college one day per week at TUD (course reference TU837). This TU Dublin course shall commence September 2026.                         

 

Candidates should possess:

 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative

Key points of programme

  • One day per week release to study at TU Dublin / four days working with John Sisk & Son (Holdings) Ltd.
  • Five-year duration studying a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying & Construction Economics

  • Conditional offers by Sisk will made early February 2026.
  • Applications should also be made directly to TU Dublin once the TU Dublin application window opens (expected end Feb 2026). Places are limited. Candidates will need to provide proof of a provisional offer from TUD at a later stage as part of the screening process with Sisk.
