John Sisk & Son are looking for a Document Controller to join our Flood defence project. This position will be based in Derby and is part of our Sisk Infrastructure Business Unit.
The Senior Information Coordinator is key in driving excellence across all aspects of Information Management. Working in close collaboration with BU Information Managers, this role ensures consistent standards, workflows, and compliance across projects, while actively supporting and mentoring Information Coordinators to achieve best-in-class delivery. This role is responsible for overseeing the efficient management, control, and distribution of project and organisational documentation, ensuring that accurate, up-to-date information is readily available to project teams, stakeholders, and third parties. The Senior Information Coordinator works closely with project managers, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain structured records, enforce version control, and optimise the use of digital platforms such as Dalux, Viewpoint, client CDEs, and any other systems in use. As both a mentor and technical expert, the Senior Information Coordinator provides guidance, troubleshooting support, and training for the wider information management team. They continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and digital workflows, ensuring the business remains at the
forefront of industry standards and innovation in information management. A Senior Information Coordinator will have experience in initiating projects, and handover stage on Sisk projects with a service time deemed acceptable by the BU Information Manager and BU MD.
