Overview

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Administrator to support our business units at Sisk.

 

This role will play a key part in maintaining and developing the businesses use of key business systems—specifically CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy tools—ensuring data quality, user engagement, insights reporting, and best practice use across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for the businesses use of CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy applications.
  • Monitor day-to-day system usage, ensuring data accuracy, adherence to processes, and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the business unit owner of each system to identify opportunities for improvement, new functionality, or enhanced reporting.
    Support the lead systems administrator.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records through proactive data cleansing, stakeholder engagement, and continuous monitoring.
  • Hold regular check-ins with senior leaders and their teams to ensure timely updates to contact, project, opportunity, and stakeholder records.
  • Identify and resolve data gaps, duplications, or inconsistencies using agreed protocols.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and detailed reports for leadership using CRM reporting tools.
  • Translate data into actionable insights and provide clear summaries that inform decision-making.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from the leadership team.
  • Provide day-to-day CRM system support to divisional team members, including troubleshooting issues and escalating system bugs when required.
  • Ensure divisional adherence to internal CRM and data governance protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for automation or streamlining data-related workflows.
  • Deliver training and onboarding to new CRM users in the division.
  • Create and maintain user guides, quick-reference materials, and best practice documentation.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a systems administration, CRM support, data management, or business analysis role.
  • Demonstrated experience using and supporting CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
  • Experience with MS Office suite including Excel (advanced), SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to engage users across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to translate technical system insights into clear, actionable business updates.
  • Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with business planning or resource management tools a plus.
  • Experience creating CRM dashboards and workflows highly beneficial.
  • Certification or diploma in business administration or a related field (e.g., Microsoft certification) is an advantage.
  • CRM-related training or qualification is an advantage.
