We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our team on-site in Portlaoise. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with strong structural and civil experience, who has successfully delivered commercial buildings and residential housing projects. What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and resolve challenges.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, quality checks, and safety records.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial and residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing site documentation.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

• Working towards an academic and or a professional industry related qualification 
• CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, & S5  Q10 internal workshops  
• First Aid at work Certificate 
• Lifting Supervisor  
• Driving Licence
