Overview

 

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to support our work winning team. The ideal candidate will work well as be part of a team, and is highly skilled in InDesign. The ideal candidate  will have a keen eye for detail, identifying inconsistencies and resolving them to enhance the visual presentation of our work winning submissions and presentations.

 

This is a hybrid role, however you will be required to come to the office full time initially.

Responsibilities

  • Input content from Word/Powerpoint and layout designs in InDesign to enhance proposal readability.
  • Support the enhancement of Powerpoint presentations alongside subject matter experts to ensure branding consistency and clarity.
  • Develop/update infographics and diagrams.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries and templates.
  • Use Photoshop for minor modifications.
  • Adhere to company brand guidelines.

Experience

  • Strong skills in Adobe InDesign.
  • Understanding of other Adobe products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and receive feedback/instructions.
  • Willingness to learn additional software if unfamiliar, such as Powerpoint.
  • Methodical approach to design, seeking feedback at regular intervals and providing updates on progress.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating capability with various software.

     Desired Skills, though not essential 

  • Strong skills in Powerpoint.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and collaborative tools like SharePoint or Teams.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment as a graphic designer.

Qualifications

 

  • Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent work experience (desirable).
