We are now looking for an experienced and detail-driven Estimator to join our Commercial team in Galway or Sligo.

About the Role

As an Estimator at Vision Built, you’ll play a key role in preparing accurate costings for cutting-edge modular and offsite projects. You’ll work closely with our commercial leadership, technical teams, and supply chain to deliver competitive tenders that align with Vision Built’s commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates based on construction methodologies, materials, and programme.

• Collaborate with tender and procurement teams to issue sub-contractor and materials enquiries.

• Analyse returned pricing, identify risks and opportunities, and assist in value engineering.

• Manage tender documentation and ensure all clarifications, updates, and amendments are incorporated.

• Produce cost summaries, cash flow forecasts, and participate in tender adjudications.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating or site-based roles with a strong commercial focus.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, procurement routes, and NEC contracts.

• Proficiency with Conquest or similar estimating software.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

What you'll have:

• A degree in a construction-related discipline is preferred.

• Valid CSCS card required.
