Join Sisk’s Safety Team and help shape some of Dublin’s most exciting and high-quality construction projects.

We’re hiring an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to play a key role across multiple major builds. You'll be supported by a strong safety culture and leadership team.

Your responsibilities:

• • Lead site-based health & safety activities

  • Deliver inductions, risk assessments, and safety briefings

  • Support the implementation of Sisk safety management systems

  • Engage with subcontractors and project teams to drive best practice

Ideal candidate:

• • 3–6 years of relevant experience in a construction environment

  • Experience working on large-scale Tier 1 projects preferred

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

• NEBSOH Construction Certificate or equivalent 
• NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 in Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent
