What you’ll do:
Lead site-based health & safety activities
Deliver inductions, risk assessments, and safety briefings
Support the implementation of Sisk safety management systems
Engage with subcontractors and project teams to drive best practice
What we’re looking for:
Experience working on large-scale Tier 1 projects preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
