Are you a seasoned Senior Bid Coordinator ready to play a key role in shaping major construction projects across the Ireland East region?

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support high-value pre-qualifications and bid submissions — working closely with senior leaders and technical teams to craft standout proposals that reflect the quality and capability of the Sisk brand.

What you’ll do:

• Coordinate and lead pre-qualification and tender submissions across a range of sectors in Ireland East

• Manage the bid/no-bid process, ensuring compliance with Sisk’s bid governance and internal procedures

• Develop compelling content including project references, CVs, and sector-specific responses

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to present Sisk’s value proposition clearly and competitively

• Support the ongoing development of our bid content library and visual assets

• Handle submission platforms, tender queries, and post-bid data entry

What you bring:

✅ 5+ years’ experience in bid/proposal coordination in construction, engineering, or a related industry
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
✅ InDesign and Creative Cloud experience (an advantage)
✅ Excellent writing, organisational, and time management skills
✅ A collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail

What you’ll have:
✅ Completed a relevant third-level qualification such as:
 – Business Administration, Marketing, or Project Management
 – Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil or Structural Engineering
 – Communications, Journalism, English, or Technical Writing
 – Graphic Design or Visual Communication (advantageous, especially for bids using InDesign)
