Are you a proactive systems-minded professional with strong administration experience and a flair for data and digital tools?

We’re looking for a Systems Administrator to join our high-performing team and play a critical role in optimising how our business unit operates.

This is not your typical admin role — you’ll be at the heart of how we coordinate our people, platforms, and performance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as system administrator and first-line support for key business platforms including CRM, Resource Planning, and Strategy applications.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records through structured reviews with senior leadership and regular data cleansing.

  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership using Power BI, CRM dashboards, and data reports.

  • Train end-users, resolve system issues, and promote best practices across platforms.

  • Support coordination and execution of monthly leadership and board meetings, including preparation and timely distribution of board packs.

  • Manage event logistics, internal and external stakeholder coordination, and diary management for the senior team.

  • Prepare high-quality presentations and meeting collateral using tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • Liaise across departments to gather updates and track progress on key initiatives, ensuring alignment and follow-through.

  • Support graphic design and visual formatting of documents and presentations for internal and external use.

Experience

About You:

  • 2+ years in an office administration or business support role, ideally with exposure to systems or data-focused environments.

  • Confident user of MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power BI.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.) and general tech-savviness in learning and supporting business platforms.

  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills — both written and verbal.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in construction administration, presentation preparation, or graphic design is an added advantage.

Qualifications

You will have:

  • Relevant administration certification (e.g. ECDL, Pitman Training, QQI Office Admin or similar) desirable.

Additional Information

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a collaborative, innovative and growing division with visibility at leadership level.

  • Enjoy a varied role with exposure to systems, strategy, and operations.

  • Access continuous learning and development opportunities.

  • Contribute meaningfully to how our business operates, plans and communicates.
