Overview

Are you an experienced administrator with strong project coordination skills and a passion for organised, efficient processes?

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Interiors Work Winning team — supporting our tendering efforts, driving process improvements, managing content systems and owning document control across bids.

At John Sisk & Son, we’ve built a reputation for delivering excellence. Our Interiors division is no different — and with you on board, it will be even stronger.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve our project CV and experience database, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and easy access for bid use.
  • Take ownership of document control across all tender submissions and work-winning activity — ensuring high standards, version control, and compliance.
  • Review and enhance current processes, proposing and implementing improvements to boost quality, consistency and efficiency in submissions.
  • Lead and support IT or digital system rollouts within the bid team (e.g., tender platforms, libraries, collaboration tools).
  • Coordinate with bid managers, design managers and other stakeholders to collate, format and structure proposal content.
  • Keep our tender information library organised and up to date.
  • Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Work Winning/Pre-Construction team.

Experience

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in project support, document control, or bid/tender coordination roles.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills — you can manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.

  • Experience improving or streamlining admin and document-heavy processes.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint/Teams; Adobe experience is a bonus.

  • Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured mindset.

  • Experience in construction, engineering or fit-out sectors preferred (but not essential).

Qualifications

Relevant degree/qualification or equivalent work experience (desirable).
