We’re hiring a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to join Sisk’s market-leading safety team on high-value, well-run construction projects across Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence safety standards and mentor junior colleagues, all while working with an award-winning contractor.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive safety leadership on Tier 1 construction sites

• Oversee audits, compliance, and risk management activities

• Lead engagement with client safety teams and subcontractors

• Act as a trusted advisor to project management teams

• Mentor junior and mid-level HSE professionals

About you:

• 6+ years' construction health & safety experience (Tier 1 essential)

• Proven ability to manage complex safety operations across large sites

• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent 
• NVQ Level 4 / EFQ L3 on  
• Occupational Health and Safety or Equivalent 
• Temporary Works 
• Internal Auditor 
• Local PD / CDM & PSDP / PSCS training 
• Awareness of lifting operations BS 7121/IS361 
• Temp Works Awareness including knowledge of TWC role 
• Incident Investigation Training
