We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team to assist on an upcoming infrastructure project based in Omagh.  

• Preparation of month end accounts
• Preparing / reviewing payment runs
• Aiding with onboarding of suppliers
• Reviewing cashflows
• Performing credit reviews on potential supply chains
• Performing cost analyses
• Reviewing PO's, invoices, supplier contracts
• Ensure all estimated construction costs are tracked and manage 

• Fully qualified accountant
• 5 years + experience, ideally working in construction company
• Commercial exposure and ability to hold budgets and predicted spend tight. 
• This role will be based in site office in Omagh

• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A certification in construction accounting is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 year's experience in private or public accounting.
• Excellent knowledge of construction cost accounting and related financial procedures.
• Familiarity with accounting software, such as COINS
• Working knowledge of the construction industry.
• Solid analytical and mathematical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
