Reporting into the Design Manager you will have the ability to be tasked and work independently to co-ordinate the design flow of information between the relevant parties and maintaining the JSS Design Management Plan during the latter stages of the design stage (RIBA D-F).
You may have specific responsibility for the design and co-ordination of a singular trade package, or to co-ordinate multiple trade interfaces whilst following the established Design Management strategies for the project in terms of procedural and communication protocols. Working towards gaining specific Technical knowledge of relevant Trade or Statutory Obligation under the direction of your line manager.
A good communicator with the ability to be innovative an influence design solutions To provide sufficient, accurate information to allow the safe construction of the project and to provide quality, cost effective and environmentally friendly solutions in line with the contract documents.
