2025 Sisk Apprenticeship Programme - Location Flexible across the UK

At any one time, over 12 percent of our workforce is working within one of our Early Careers streams. At Sisk, we know that young talent reaches its potential quickly when education and experience go together. Our Apprenticeship programme gives the opportunity to not just learn the industry, but to live it too.

Our apprenticeships enable you to study for an industry-recognised qualification with a highly-rated college or university whilst gaining real experience and responsibilities on our sites and earning a competitive salary.

Your studies could include either a day release or distance learning, depending on the course discipline you choose, with dedicated help and support to guide you through your personal and professional development.

We have an array of apprenticeship opportunities available at differing levels nationwide for roles in civil engineering, quantity surveying, mechanical engineering and construction site management.

Our values of Care, Integrity and Excellence are a part of everything we do at Sisk. We expect a lot from our young talent, but we will provide you with the necessary learning tools and support on your career journey.

If you want to take control of your career and be a part of a successful team then we would love to hear from you! Fill in the application form below and upload your most up-to-date CV.

Closing date for applications is the 28th February 2025.

For successful candidates who pass our application and online assessments, we will be looking to interview at the start of June.

You should be able to start this opportunity in late July 2025 with a view to enrol on your course in either Autumn ’25 or Spring ’26.

Please note we are unable to offer a visa sponsorship for this role. Therefore, you must ensure that you are eligible to work in the UK for the duration of the apprenticeship opportunity in order for your application to be considered.
